LIVING LIFE TOGETHER AS A FAMILY
MINISTERING TO OTHERS IN JESUS' NAME
Get plugged in to one of our many opportunities to study the scripture. There is a Sunday School that fits you perfect. At the moment there is a class studying Revelation. Another offers relationship building and how we deal with what life is throwing at us presently. With classes for ladies, men, or couples we are sure to have a place for you. There are many ways to serve here and hope that you would find how to use your God given gifts to serve this community and this church for His glory. There are also many activities in which you may enjoy. From canoe trips, a yearly fish fry, Family Fun Days in the spring and fall, opportunities for service to our community, Men Rewired Retreat, Women's Retreats, and much more.
We are so excited to be launching our first ladies ministry blog. We would love for you to go check it out, share it and subscribe to it for the latest encouragements. All ladies are welcomed to join us. Our hope is that your walk with the Lord is strengthened.
Children are precious to the Lord and to us. Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me." FBC Yantis is committed to caring for your children and sharing the love of Jesus with them. We have a special time for them during the morning worship celebration on Sunday mornings, offer after school activities on Wednesdays from 3:45pm-5:30pm, and have bible study using The Gospel Project at 5:30pm. We finish our Wednesday Night Live with music in which your child learns songs to love and share with the church on Sunday morning special music.
6th-12th graders are greatly involved with what happens here at FBC. Not only do they have their times of bible study and worship, they take leadership roles in serving other children, serving the church and also serving the community. Wednesdays they can help with the after school activities with the younger grades, but also have activities to enjoy. At 5:30 pm we provide a snack and have a worship service geared just for them. They use their bibles and dig deep to learn what God has in store for them.
